Who We Are
B&T Builders LLC. is a remodeling contractor based in Silverdale Washington.
Our Primary focus is in residential remodel and finish carpentry.
We pride ourselves on both the quality of our work, as well as the service we provide to each of our clients.
Founded in the summer of 2023, brothers Brandon and Tyler came together after realizing there was a common issue amongst home owners. Who to contact when it's time to renovate their home? Many people don't know where to turn, or who to trust when planning to do major work on their home. Both brothers, with many years in the remodeling trades, decided to join together to offer their skills and knowledge to their community.

Contact us
Either give us a call, a text message, or fill out our form below at the bottom of your page. We are here to answer your questions about your project, budget, and timeline. We will then set up a time to come meet and see your project!
In-Home Inspections
We will then come to your home to discuss your ideas and goals. If necessary, we will offer our insight to your ideas, and we will work to get a general idea of what we want the outcome to be. From there, we will work to form a plan for you vision. This will usually come in the form of a proposal or estimate.
Proposal/Estimate
We will formulate a plan to bring your idea to fruition. This will include a general idea of estimated costs, materials, and work timeline to meet your budget
Contract
We will have a detailed contract written up for you. This will include things such as scope of work, timeline expectations, change order information, payment schedules, and warranty information.
Payment Schedule
Our Payment Schedule is 50/30/20. 50% of the total amount down, 30% of the remainder halfway through the project, and the remaining 20% at the completion of the project. For smaller projects, our payment schedule is typically 50% down, 50% remaining after completion of the project. Once the payment is made, you will be added to our calendar!
Design and Permitting
Design will begin once the first payment is made. This is a back-and-forth process between us and our clients. We want to get every detail correct prior to ordering materials and supplies. If Permits are required, we will begin the filing process once the design is done.
Work Begins
Finally the exciting part! Through the entire process, you will receive updates on the progress. Don't hesitate to stop us working if you see something you don't like. Whether the wrong paint color was chosen, or the tile pattern isn't working, whatever it may be, we will find a solution! Our main goal is make sure you are ecstatic with the finished product.
Clean Up
Once the project is finished, we will dispose of all scrap material and garbage. We will Deep Clean including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and wiping down your new space making sure its clean and brand new. Our goal is to make it look like we were never there to begin with!
Final Walkthrough
A final walkthrough will be done with our clients making sure everything is done to satisfaction. We will go over any questions and details, and do a final sign off of completion of work.
Final Payment
The remaining balance will be due. We only accept cash, check, or money orders at this time.

B&T Builders LLC guarantees our workmanship to our clients satisfaction.

-Spot priming and application of 2 coats of premium grade paint.
-Cabinets installation.

-Toe kick and molding installation.
-Cleanup and final walkthrough with client.
Bathroom Remodel

-Shower/Baths and Wet areas will be Waterproofed.
-Spot priming and application of 2 coats of premium grade paint.
-Vanity installation
-Flooring installation.

-Sinks, faucets, and fixtures installation.
-Toe kick and molding installation.
-Cleanup and final walkthrough with client.
Exterior Painting
Keeping the paint in good condition is a part of a home's functionality. Not only does it protect the structure from the elements, it allows you to express your creativeness with the colors you choose.

The Process
-Pressure washing the exterior of the home, making sure to clean off any dirt or mildew buildup and get it ready for paint.
-Replacement of rotten trim, siding, and other various issues will be corrected if needed.
-Caulk and seal the home to make sure it is up to weatherproofing standards.
-Mask off all windows, plants/shrubs, foundations, and any areas we do not want to get paint on with plastic, drop clothes, and protective paper.
-Prime any and all areas needed.
-Spray, roll, and brush on 2 coats of premium grade paint.
-Cleanup and final walkthrough with client.
Interior Painting
The Process
-Floor protection is laid down in all areas being painted and all walkways being used.
-Drywall and trim repair will be performed if needed.
-Spot primer will be applied in all areas needed.
-Re-caulking any needed windows, doors, and trim.
-Roll and brush on 2 coats of premium grade paint.
-Cleanup and final walkthrough with client.
